Meet Emily - 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏

This session was a tear-jerker for me. I met Emily when she was a quiet four-year-old. Her family joined our dinner group of five families who have dinner together once a month. I have a strong memory of Emily, on my patio talking to me about how she wanted to dance all the time, and she shared this with so much hope and joy and capped the story with a huge hug, one that I remember. Since that time I have watched Emily shine in school, on the stage at Pantuso Dance and continue to be a kind soul who hugs as she means it. That is Emily, she is all in with all her passions and some fierce ambition. So thrilled to have created the wonderful memory of this session with you Emily <3.

I am so proud of all the hard-working and passionate graduates this year. I’m so grateful to have grown up around people with such strong and diverse talents, passion and ambitions. I am proud of the memories we all managed to make together despite not having the opportunity to experience a typical grad year. I can’t wait to find out where everyone ends up in a few years!

I owe a huge thank you to my family, my friends, my dance family and my teachers. You all helped to make my high school experience so memorable and full of joy. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮?

I am super excited to be attending Mcmaster University next year. I have been accepted into their health sciences program. The goal is to earn a bachelor's in Health Sciences and start my path towards a career in the medical field. This summer, however, I’ll be spending my last couple of months in the valley working and enjoying the warm weather with friends and family.
