Zoe, Comox Valley Grad 2021

I first saw Zoe on the stage in a musical theatre number, she was wearing a car constructed out of cardboard and belting out Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang - and she was 100% in. I started adoring her grounded enthusiasm then. She has been in front of my camera numerous times, and each time is a joy - Zoe has a humble, honest wise energy and a heart of gold!

Iโve been in choir at Isfeld School since grade 8 and it has definitely been one of my main highlights during school. Throughout this time I have had the opportunity to meet so many kind people and even got the chance to travel to New York!

This summer I am going to be working, enjoying camping with my family and hanging out with friends. In the fall Iโm excited to be attending North Island College for the Early Childhood Education certificate. I will work as an ECE for a while and then probably work towards becoming a teacher.

Because of covid, I was unsure when school would be able to re-open. It was a nice surprise that we ended up being able to adjust and have a remotely normal grad year. Iโm glad I was still able to enjoy things such as food class, choir, and seeing friends while still feeling safe.
