Who: Zack and Dex

Their story: It took 3 years of passing each other in the university halls to properly say hello. I suppose they just had to wait until they were ready. Because within two weeks of that first greeting they were on an inseparable journey, leading to this day, five years later.

I first met Zack when he graduated high school and his parents commissioned me to take some creative images marking his success.  I remember how nervous I was as it was my first session of this type, but Zack’s honesty, humour and charisma put me at ease. Years later, he is still that guy – only better, with Dex at his side. Dex is thoughtful, kind, emotional and smart.  Put these two together, add in their amazing friends, and hardworking family and you have a dream wedding that has all the elements of their personalities. Truly every bit was there. Their grace, and focus on providing an exceptional experience for their guests was only overshadowed by the emotion in the ceremony and speeches and of course, that kick-ass first dance.

I adore you two, and will always be here cheering you on. xox
