Their story: Jon and Alyse, along with a phenomenal group of friends and family, travelled mostly from Alberta to celebrate at the always stunning and impeccable Long Beach Lodge. After a sunny ceremony,they kept the mood casual and festive as they enjoyed an incredible meal and finished the evening around the fire.

From the first moment I spoke with Alyse on the phone I had my heart with her and Jon. They radiated joy and calmness about their wedding plans – all that mattered was saying “I do” and enjoying the day, which is exactly what we did. As we soaked up last days of summer, scrambling over the rocks of Cox Bay, John and Alyse had me grinning ear to ear as they laughed and kept stealing smitten glances at each other. You two, you left me and my assistant Jen glowing, we couldn’t have enjoyed you more. Not only did we have so much fun with you, we basked in the joy and unity that shines between you two.
