Mirren, Comox Valley Grad 2021
I have known this fine human since he was four, when I first photographed his family at Filberg Park. They became part of our Pantuso Dance carpooling family. Mirren could always be counted on to make us laugh, sing us a song and make the best of any situation. Mirren, you are a powerful human - in all the right ways - your good nature, interest in so many things, and hard work are going to take you so far. Photographing youth who I have seen grow up, is pretty special - and I mean it with all my heart when I say I will always be here cheering you on.

I think the hardest thing this year was missing out on a lot of the social aspects of grade 12. We didnโt get to have any parties or get to hang out with friends nearly as much as we have had in a normal grad year.โ

My best high school memory was definitely our band trip to New York. It was so cool to be able to travel with all of my friends and see all of the cool things that New York has to offer.โ

Next year I am going into general science at UBC. Iโm going to decide on my major at the end of my first year, and I still donโt really know what I want to do for my career.
