Who: Lynda and Len

Their story: Lynda and Len already considered each other “family” before they fell in love. After more than 20 years of friendship, it was a “ heck-ya” for everyone who loves them when they choose to build their future together as husband and wife.
I have known Len, through our children, for many years. I have witnessed how solid and kind he is and how that pairs with his commitment to his two children. A few years ago, separately, I got to know Lynda through a photo project at her work, Footholds Therapy Center. She moved me then with her expansive heart and grounded energy.
When they called me to photograph their wedding, I was so moved that they found each other and honored to be there to witness and capture their wedding day.

In a week of rain, the day of their wedding came and the sun shone down, the friends and family circled them and it was the day they dreamed off - it was comfortable, stress-free, meaningful, super fun and gave them lots of time to be with the people that matter the most to them and lean into the gratitude of their new role together as husband and wife.
