It’s a classic Vancouver Island love story. It starts at the Victoria pub, the Sticky Wicket, a regular night out with friends becomes a defining evening when it is the night you meet your future spouse. After setting their eyes on each other Teresa and Mitchell began building a beautiful life together. One where he make her lunch every day, where she balances him out, where they shower their love on a beautiful pup.
On Saturday June 16th I had the honor of capturing the wedding of Teresa and Mitchell, held at the peaceful Dolphin’s Resort in Campbell River. It was soul warming.
The girls were stunning, relaxed, emotional and enthusiastic, and honestly, one would have to say the same of the boys. Teresa was classy, sexy and beautiful in her dress – she really wowed everyone. Mitchell we all knew you would rock your signature style. Typical West Coast Weather resulted in the ceremony being moved indoors, however, it really was a silver lining as the room was so cozy and classy and it really brought everyone together.
When I had the opportunity to photograph Teresa and Mitchell they melted into each other, through the camera it was easy to not just see, but feel, their mutual friendship and respect.
Teresa and Mitchell, I can’t even form the proper words to tell you how much I have enjoyed getting to know the two of you – from the moment we first met. You have so much personality, style, and are so open. Your day was perfect. I hope to keep sharing in your milestones with you and am sending you big huge love.
Happy one week anniversary!
