Thanks for everything you do – always with such lovely, cherished kindness!
What an amazing week of sessions it has been, including this super fun engagement session with Teresa and Mitchell.
Their wedding story began when Mitchell proposed outside the Sidney Opera House in Australia. In every relationship I have found that there is one half that has the more romantic gene, and in this case it is Mitchell. He indulged me and my assistant Amanda with the details of the proposal, the nerves, the timing, the reaction. While storytelling we could see the feeling and joy he has knowing he will be husband and wife with Teresa. However, you can tell Teresa is just as smitten, she kept peeking up at Mitchell throughout the session and just spoke of him so kindly thoughout our whole time together, from the way he makes her lunch every day to his rockin’ style she obviously appreciates every bit of him.
With their pragmatic low-stress approach to their wedding and honesty and funny way – I adore everything about these two. So thankful I don’t have to wait long to photograph what is bound to be a beautiful wedding.
One more thing – a big thank you to Sew Sisters Artist Guild in Cumberland for letting us crash their abode for some photos.
