Painters Lodge Wedding – Emily and Cole

Tags: , ,

Like many great love stories, theirs began in a bar, but then it took a route that isn’t quite as common. From the very beginning of catching each other’s eye, they built a successful long distance relationship, making the five-hour trek from their respective homes, to be together and invest in something they knew felt important. That’s just the type of people they are – they are successful in knowing what matters. This was clearly showcased by the deep and long-standing friends who stood with them at their wedding, and their commitment and connection to family. Everything about their day showcased their down-to-earth nature, and the connection to those they love. The wedding party, truly, was one of the most fabulous groups I could imagine. I was really affected by the way they looked out for the bride and groom, and their ease with each other still makes me smile. Cole and Emily together have a way of being that is so natural, so easy. Their care and easy acceptance of each other is remarkable.  The day flew by, smoothly and gracefully – with these two stunning folks shining at its centre.

Thank you Emily, Cole and your wedding party. I adored being in your presence.
