Erin and Ian – Crown Isle Wedding

Category:

I had a feeling the  day would run smooth as can be, and  I would cry – both came true.

The  boys started the day digging into a vivacious game of poker – with high fives, and shared laughs that come when you have been friends for years. The girls, paced, laughed and cried as they enjoyed the ritual of preparing with the help of the lovely gals from Hairpins Salon who were providing on site hair and makeup. The Crown Isle Resort ceremony  was filled with expression, from the thumbs up they gave each other as Erin came down the aisle to the way they communicated with their smiles and eyes throughout it. Both Erin and Ian, and their many teary guests were very present, right there along with them. After the ceremony, some visiting, and family portraits we headed out with the wedding party.  This truly was one of the funnest, easiest wedding party I have ever worked with, but what really struck me, was how connected they were. Each person radiated making the day fabulous and  sincerely celebrating this wonderful union. Then, it came time for some portraits just with this stunning bride and groom – capturing their connection was so natural.  Erin and Ian met through work, and in Ian’s words”if you never believed in fate before, believe it now.” Drawn in by her smile, and smitten by her positivity and loving nature, Ian found a true best friend in Erin, who fell for his generosity, kind heart and ability to be silly!  Together, they just melt! The love these two have for each other, was echoed by their friends and family who filled the beautifully decorated reception with  emotion. Each speech was so touching, bringing most of the room to tears.

Erin and Ian, thank you for bringing me into your beautiful day. It truly was perfection and I hope these photos bring you back to all the incredible memories and the love that was swirling around.
